A1: 1 years for all the electric parts, and 2 years for metal parts, especially for non-human factor.
Q2: Do you sell desk frame only or with table top together?
A2: Generally we are just selling frame only. If you really need, we can offer table top together.
Q3: Do your products have certificates of certification?
A3: Yes, we have. All our products are in US standard, are produced according to CH
standard, so most of our products are certificated with CE, ROHS,UL, QC,etc.
Q4: What is your payment term?
A4: T/T, Above 50%deposit,50% balance before shipment. Accept LC in some country.
But sample it is 100% deposit for sample.
Q5: Can you accept customized?
A5: Yes, we can. Please confirm with us your CAD maps.
Q6: What is your delivery time?
And which transport mode do you choose?
A6: According to the quantity,15-20 days in normal. Please inform us in advance if an
order need to be sped up or an big order. For small order , normally we will delivery
the products by DHL or TNT For the big order, we will confirm with you arrange
delivery the products by sea.
